Writers Block

The worst thing to do when you have writer's block is to do nothing. Personal I have had enough experience with writer's block that I have some tips on how to get rid of it. Most would say do this and do that and writer's block is gone like magic. But that is not how it works. It works a little more like this. You try everything you have read online until you go insane because sometimes it doesn't work. I am not going to say that something will work. I am not saying that I will not work. I know better than that, but I must say this I have not found a single thing about how to get rid of writer's block. It is funny that every time I look up, "How do I get rid of writer's block?"  the same things pop up. 'Go outside' 'change of scenery' 'do something else.' I have tried those ones. Sometimes they work. I am sure that you are tired of hearing people say this one but I have one more thing to add to the list of things to help.
What I find helpful during a writer's block is writing through it. "You can't think yourself out of a writing block; you have to write yourself out of a thinking block." - John Rogers. I found this very helpful, so helpful that I now have it on the back of my computer. I took this very serious. Most of the time when I go through a writer's block I just want to sit around and play video games or read a book, but that will not get me over writer's block. The only successful way that I have found that works for me to get out of Writer's block are, well it is writing. I take a notebook outside and sit in the grass and write everything I see, down to the way the grass feels. I write what I hear, what I smell, what I see, and what I feel. I try not to repeat myself in it but, I find that it is just a little hard not to mention a thing or two more than once. Then I read it and add to it just before I go back inside and listen to my favorite music.
I go outside but you could go to a place where you find the most to write about. A place that makes you feel alone and happy at the same time. It just so happens that that place for me is outside. One bad thing about that thought is that when it is snowing and too cold to go outside I stay inside and write about how the fire in the fireplace is moving and swaying to some unknown and unheard music. I just listen to the wind and do almost the same thing. It helps more if you are in the place that makes you happy.
But this picture brings up another issue, and the reason I am putting this under Writer's block is because it has something to do with it. So this clearly shows trying to write down your ideas is hard, and it is not lying. If you have so many ideas then, well, of course, it will be hard to put them all on paper when they all want to come out. I run into this more often than I do writer's block. So many ideas that they are tripping over themselves to get put on paper and turned into something good. Bad news about it, not all of them are good to start with. Some are good, but most of them are just the worst thing you can think of.
Something about good ideas and bad ideas somehow helps you get better ones from them all. You can turn the bad ideas into practice writing and the good ideas into whatever you want them to be. I was watching a webinar a few days ago and I remember this much about it if you can't tell the difference between a good idea and a bad idea then test the idea. It would be better to just test the idea no matter what you do. I also got this, I can write a story one way and you can write it almost the same way but those stories will be completely different from each other. I would write one thing and you would write another and so on. My point being no one makes the same stories as the person they are sitting next to.
So now you are probably wondering what this has to do with writer's block. Well, this is what it has to do with writer's block. Writer's block can be anything from too many ideas to none at all. A blank piece of paper or a blank document. It could also be a document that is crammed with all of your ideas, but not making any kind of sence to someone who reads it. And now for the reason I am doing this now. Well, you see the moment I started this I couldn't think of a single thing to write now I am trying to fiuger out where I should stop writing.

Summer is Here

Well, summer for me has just started and you want to know what that means? It means writing, reading, and working. Yes, I do say working last because it is a part of life. I might not want to but I have to do something this summer other than stay at home and read or write. I have been working on something new. It is not my normal story. So I thought that I might share it with you. I thought that you might like to read it. The only thing is I have no clue where I am taking this story. All I know is that it is fashioned out of sadness and I am thinking that it will stay that way. All I know about the story is that it is going to be a werewolf. That is it. I am just going to copy and paste my little first chapter here and then the next one is going to be in the next blog. I thought that you might like me to at least tell you what was going on instead of just getting a wall of text on your computer or phone screen.           Everything is changed now. Nothing is ever goin

Introducing

My name would be Gabby and as the image above tells you I am also a writer. I thought that this would be a good chance to start by getting my name out there. So here I am I am getting my name out there. I am going to try to blog, but I must confess I am not very good at writing down what I feel. I almost always stop doing it because it becomes something of a trouble to do, and most of the time I can never figure out what I am supposed to write down, but I am doing it now so, that is that.            I can tell you that one of the things that I write is vampire stuff. As unimpressive as that sounds, just hear me out here, I find them interesting. Vampires to me are the most interesting thing you can think of. For some, it would be like real life to others something else, but I like vampires. Actually, I like anything supernatural. Vampires are just what I find the most interesting.            Other than what I like to write, I want to know what you like to read. And a
